What does the Hulkfit Warranty Cover?

HulkFit warrants that the product you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period of 2 years. This warranty applies only in the United States for products manufactured by HulkFit and purchased directly from HulkFit or from an authorized retailer/dealer. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by HulkFit; (c) by modification of the product or (d) using product in a manner for which it is not intended.

Depending on the product, the warranty does not cover peeling paint/finish, scuffs or rust. Any signs of misuse will be considered a void of warranty.

What proof of purchase is required to return an item/product?

To start a return please e-mail Hulkfit customer service and provide an order number if the product was purchased on website. If the product was purchased on Amazon or Walmart, you will need to email their customer service or contact the seller whom the purchase was made from.

Who do we contact to register our 2 year warranty?

Our warranty can be registered through our Hulkfit Website. (Please note: Warranty does not include items sold by unauthorized sellers and does not transfer from prior owners)

How long does it take to get our Hulkfit packages delivered?

Orders are sent out soon as possible on a 5 day business day through UPS GROUND, it can take up to 7 days for the customers to receive the orders based on the shipping address.

Does Hulkfit offer on-site pickup?

Yes, Hulkfit offers on-site pickup, pickups are available from 10:00am-02:00pm PST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Who are authorized sellers for Hulkfit Products?

If purchasing on any online marketplace outside of our website, we recommend purchasing from the following: "Shipped and Sold by Amazon, Shipped and Sold by Spreetail (or VM Innovations)/ Shipped and Sold by Hulkfit Products, Shipped and Sold by Walmart. For non online authorized sellers, we work directly with Mike's Fitness Equipment in Riverside, CA.

We do not recommend purchasing from unauthorized sellers as we have experience counterfiet issues, poor shipping practices and often incorret shipments. As a result, we do not honor the warranty when purchasing from those sellers. If you have ever have a question regarding authorized vs unauthorized sellers, please reach out to our customer service.

Does Hulkfit Products notify customers who subscribe to their page when new products or existing products come back in stock?

Hulkfit Products regularly sends out emails to our subscribers on new products launches, items back in stock or exclusive promotions. We mainly use social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok ) to inform our customers of major changes to our products offerings.

Who do we contact when packages have been lost/damaged during transit? What is recommended to do in a worst case scenario?

If you suspect that your package is lost or is damaged during transit, please reach out to the carrier provided (You can find out the carrier by checking the tracking number) and submit a claim. Hulkfit uses the claim to contact the carrier and provided necessary information on the shipment.

Does Hulkfit charge for a return label if the Product was ordered by mistake or the customer changed their mind?

If the product was purchased by mistake or the customer changed their mind, Hulkfit Products does charge a fee for a return label if the purchase was made thru our Hulkfit Website. The fee will be determined on an order by order basis.

The price on Amazon is different than your website. Why? Do you honor Amazon pricing?

Because Hulkfit Products is a retail partner with Amazon (not a seller), Amazon has the authority to price at its own discretion. We do not honor Amazon pricing on our website.

When placing an online order, Are we able to pay with multiple credits cards? If not, who do we contact for assistance?

Currently our Hulkfit Product website does not accommodate multiple payment variations within the same order and must be a single transaction per credit/debit payment method. Do you offer Used Items or slightly damaged items for sale? What is your policy for those items?

Yes, Hulkfit sells used and or slightly damaged items on our website(Please note we are limited on used/damaged products). All of our items go through a quality check process, and while these items function well, they will have minor defects, But the functionality of this product is unaffected. These items are NOT eligible for returns or warranty claims.
