Shipping Policy

All orders are expected to have a 2 business day lead time from the time an order is placed until it ships. Our shippers are also expecting significant delays. Depending on location, please expect your order to arrive 5-7 days beyond the promised delivery date on the website. We appreciate your patience!


Your order will ship through UPS and can arrive in multiple shipments. Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 3-5 business days but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days.

There is a high probability that your order could be delivered across multiple days. Once an item has left our California warehouse, we are no longer able to track where your order is located within the UPS network. Before e-mailing our customer service, please open a case/claim with UPS to inquire about the order status here.

LTL/Freight Shipping: Large orders can be shipped through a freight carrier to ensure your products arrive together and without damage. In the event of a freight shipment, our shipping team will contact you with additional information about the shipper and tracking/timing information. Due to shipping timelines being out of our control, expect 2-3 weeks for delivery. 

P.O Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.

Shipping Restrictions: At the moment, we are currently shipping only to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). 

Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for all customs fees. Please check with your local governments to see what duties if any you will have to pay. 



Local Pickup is available for customers in Southern California. We are located in Ontario close to ONT International Airport. Orders are typically available for pickup within 24hrs and held for 5 business days.
