From your chest, shoulders, biceps, and triceps to your abdominals and legs, it's the perfect cable attachment for targeting your entire body. The heavy duty square steel frame and nylon coated cables also provide improved stability and are tested for 1,000 pounds of weight load. The posts have a 2" diameter allowing for multiple bumper plates or cast iron plates.
